We provide full and part-time Childcare services at three sites in Wiltshire. Using WorldPay we are authorized to take Pounds Sterling (GBP) payments. Please see our payment and refund policy below.

Recurring Payment (FuturePay) agreements is an online arrangement similar to Standing Orders and Direct Debits, but funds can also be debited from your debit or credit card.
Recurring Payment (FuturePay) agreements may be set up between you and Sunny Days Childrens Nursery Ltd (us) to obtain a variable payment on a regular basis for ongoing nursery fees.
The payments will vary on a monthly basis; you will have 10 days to check your invoice before payment is taken by us on the First working day of the month.
Once your agreement has been set up, payments will automatically be collected on the First working day of the month.
Each time a payment is debited from your card or bank account as part of your agreement, a transaction confirmation email is generated by WorldPay and sent to the email address we have on record for you entered when your agreement was created.
When you set up your agreement with the nursery you can stipulate a date for the agreement to finish and the payments to stop being taken.
We will be using the Regular agreements where a variable amounts is taken on the first working day of the month over a tine specified by you.
A Recurring Payments (FuturePay) agreement can be cancelled by the nursery at any time once you have given us 4 weeks’ notice in writing to the Finance Department at the Head Office Address below. Worldpay is unable to cancel your order /agreement or to provide you with a refund.
